Come vacation at our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, canal front property located on the Island of Key Colony Beach in the Middle Keys.  Our house sleeps 4 people including kids and has dockage right out back for up to a 40-foot boat. You can fish right off our dock on the Island's largest, deepest, most private canal.  Our back patio is the perfect place to enjoy specular sunrises while you have your morning coffee. Our backyard faces the East, so you will have morning sun and afternoon shade. The vacation home is perfect for families or 2 couples. We have been renting our property for over 30 years and have an impeccable reputation. We have a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, convection air fryer, washer/dryer, central ac, and highest speed internet that reaches the dock. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private shower. The guest bathroom has a tub. We have a 7 night minimum and generally rent Sat - Sat.  Sorry we do not allow pets and smoking inside the home is prohibited. We include membership to the Cabana Club Beach and Pool on the Atlantic Ocean, just 3 blocks away.
